1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Clipper Database ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Clipper Database is a marketplace that connects content creators with video clippers and editors. We provide a database of verified clippers that users can access after purchasing a subscription.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
  • One account per person; accounts are non-transferable

4. Payment and Access

  • Access to the clipper database requires a one-time payment of $49.99
  • Payment grants lifetime access to the current database
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if you have not contacted any clippers

5. For Clippers

If you register as a clipper:

  • You must provide accurate and truthful information
  • Your profile will be visible to paying subscribers once approved
  • You are responsible for your own business dealings with clients
  • We do not guarantee any specific number of leads or clients
  • We reserve the right to remove profiles that violate our guidelines

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute the database contents
  • Share your account access with others
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Harass or spam clippers listed in the database
  • Attempt to circumvent any security measures

7. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the accuracy of clipper profiles, the quality of work provided by clippers, or any specific outcomes from using our Service.

We are not a party to any agreements between users and clippers. Any disputes arising from such arrangements are between those parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clipper Database shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Clipper Database and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our Service without permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
